Our research focuses on the overlap of synthetic chemistry and chemical biology via radical-mediated processes

Projects will be Addressed from Three Different FacetS

• radical chemistry to enable expedient small molecule construction

• radical chemistry to enable biomolecule modification

• the combination of radical chemistry and enzyme catalysis for reaction development

Emphasis will be on using lessons learned in synthetic organic chemistry and chemical biology at the molecular level to address large-scale problems.
